According to the 2009 NAR Profile of Home Buyers & Sellers, the Internet and Realtors are the primary information sources used most frequently by the greatest percentage of home buyers.
Great photographs are one of the most powerful keys to getting buyers (and other agents!) interested in your home. As an agent I know that too often a home is judged solely from the listing photos. You have one shot at attracting their attention; without captivating images they may never give your listing a second thought.
For the past 3 years I have been shooting MLS photography for other agents. The results have been very positive & I now want to offer my services to all members of the North Central Washington Association of Realtors.
Typically I can be at your listing within 2 days to shoot your photos; weather permitting. I will use the best light available based on the location & orientation of the home. My service includes editing as necessary: correcting color temperature, saturation, exposure, straightening & cropping as needed, including cropping for virtual tours. Usually within 24 hours of the photo shoot a CD of your images will be available.
*As of July 1st, 2010, rates start at $75 for a home up to 3100 sf located in the greater Wenatchee Valley (Wenatchee, East Wenatchee, Cashmere, Malaga & Rock Island). Homes sized from 3101 sf to 4500 sf are $100. Anything over 4501 sf is $125. I am happy to travel outside of the valley and add a small fee to accommodate the extra travel time and mileage.
